Covid-19 Resources for Employers & Workers

All members have rights and benefits under California labor laws; and if COVID-19 has directly or indirectly made you unable to work, you may qualify for government benefits in the form of money paid directly to you.  The following chart has a list of the benefits, how to obtain more information on those benefits, and how to file a claim.  The Teamsters fought hard to have these laws passed.  You should submit a claim if you believe you are eligible for the benefits.  (Note: These benefits are in addition to the benefits and protections you have under your Union contract.)
